This project was funded by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration which will cover the cost of installs until July 31, 2026. After this date HVPUD will have a $45/foot install fee for underground and a $25/foot install fee for aerial. We encourage you to take advantage of our free install period as you are not required to subscribe to our service. This way it will be there when you are ready!
We have two methods: 1) Call (530)625-8989. We have 5×8 support which means we are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM excluding Hoopa Tribal Holidays. If you are trying to reach us on our off hours please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 2) Our second method is to email support@acornconnected.com.

If we are all up then please unplug both your router and dish from power for 1 minute and plug it back in. Sometimes a reset like this will reestablish your connection.
